I have been going here for years, I love Dr. Fessler BUT the staff has changed so much I don't even want to call there. The lack of compassion is a shame for a Dr's office. The continuity of care has been forgotten by nursing staff that calls on behalf of Dr's they should have a better bedside manner. I called over a month ago letting my dr know I was diagnosed with scoliosis never received a call from anyone. Now when I call regarding the pain, and the usability to work in such pain. I was told to go to the walk-in cause they can't see me and my doctor is out on vacation. She didn't want to respond on why I never received a call a month ago...Not everyone can afford 100.00 to go to a walk-in.

they play hard ball for the best interest of the patient :) turned my life around in 2013 - 2015 with there med help, and counseling at the other location - Moved to Idaho and they took away the meds I was on the were perfect for me. I have nothing but great things to say about this center.

Company doesn't care about thier Patience, Even the ones with really bad health problems like PSTD, Depression, Anxiety, Borderline personality disorder, or multiple issue with pain thoughout my body. I have been in and out of the hospital for health reasons and have had thought cross my mind of killing myself. My Anxiety gets so bad I can't get myself out of the house. I needed a note to clear my stress so I could take weekends with my family it is the only thing that helps me get though the week. My family is a big part to why I'm still living. High stress has almost taken my life. And this nurse Candice hates me and won't let my doctor take me out of work on weekends so I can be stress free. She should be fired for the way she treats the Patience at the clinic like she doesn't care about them.. she has no feeling or empathy it seems to someone else's mental health. I really hope she gets into a new line of work because this one is not for her.

I have got a good support system with them I have not been stressing knowledge of being able to see somebody whether it's 2weeks or similar I enjoy Dr. Wold paying attention to me and my medical condition and I am keeping to keep my anxiety to a minimum but I don't know how yet I have a major case of ADHD which should have been treated as a child but wasn't,I have had experienced becoming disabled at a young age and marrying my soulmate which I lost this current year and reaching out for Mental Health was very difficult. I was lucky to find Dr.Wold. Thank you Cheryl for helping as well I am trying but knowing so many experiences I wish to be completely vanished out of my mind is beyond difficult. Thanks for the share
