Great place, great location, and great staff! I moved in a week before Covid-19 quarantine began and I couldn’t be happier with the place and location. Across the street from the park which is on the beach and is great for walks with the family and dog. The big path is literally behind the Townhomes and is great for going on evening runs! The neighborhood is very quiet, next to a school, and not far from town center for takeout and groceries. I would specifically mention that Andrea, the property manager, made the move-in such a great experience, kind, easy to talk with, and was EXTREMELY thorough so I was able to move in with no questions and exactly when I wanted. Great spot extremely satisfied.

I lived here quite some years. And i love it here. The negative complaints are not true.as far as I know. I dont see any of the complaints. It is a very nice place to live. maintence are very nice and get the work done fast and efficiant. Paulina & Andrea.managers are very nice. I stay to myself, but neighbors seem to be nice . The property is well taking care of. It is a very nice place to live. No complaints from me. I love living here.

Hi Diana, We offer both market rate units and affordable housing units on HUD assistance, however we are not a place that is specifically for senior housing. If you would like to apply for our affordable housing program, please go to www.bullockstownhomes.com and you will find the waitlist application at the very bottom of the page. As of the writing of this response, the 1-bedroom apartments waitlist is closed, and the 2- and 3-bedroom townhouse waitlists are both open and the wait is about 4-5 years. In the last few years, Bullocks Point has undergone some fairly significant upgrades - new interior finishes, exteriors replaced, upgraded landscaping, a massive dog park, and several other exciting changes. We have much more planned, including a swimming pool and Library/Flex space with patio. Some things remain the same, like our townhouse-style apartments with private entrances and lots of windows and large closets. We do accept persons with housing assistance. If you have a voucher, I urge you to inquire from your subsidy provider if their rent caps rise to our rent levels.
