Any pet which is to reside within the Community must be considered a "DOMESTICATED" animal by the Community Manager, whose decision shall be final, and must be of the type that would normally stay inside the home. "NON-DOMESTICATED" breeds include Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls and Chows. Management reserves the right to judge the domesticity of the animal. Only two standard house pets may be allowed in any manufactured home and then only if approved by the Management in advance. All pets must be registered at the Community office.
