There are short term rentals, but long term rentals are not allowed in the community.

Yes, dogs are allowing in the community. We do not have a dog park; however, we have many natural areas to walk your pets while on a leash. Below is an excerpt from the Community Rules and Regulations regarding pet restrictions. Any pet which is to reside within the Community must be considered a "DOMESTICATED" animal by the Community Manager, whose decision shall be final, and must be of the type that would normally stay inside the home. "NON-DOMESTICATED" breeds include Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls and Chows. Management reserves the right to judge the domesticity of the animal. Only two standard house pets may be allowed in any manufactured home and then only if approved by the Management in advance. All pets must be registered at the Community office.
The school are pretty good. All located near Windermere.... Water spring elementary.... Bridgewater middle and windermere hs... Look them up. I have 1 kid in each school lol
Monthly lot rent ranges from $ 582 to $ 622. Includes use of Club Vista, activities, mowing and trash removal.
There is no HOA fee included in the monthly lot rent. Membership in the HOA is purely voluntary.
Vista del Lago is phasing out long-term rentals throughout the community. Per the Prospectus and Rules and Regulations, owners may not lease their homes out for long-term rental after January 1, 2023. Up to this time, you may see long-term rentals advertised, but be aware that come January 1, 2023 all tenants of such homes would need to vacate. Friends and relatives of the owner are allowed to use the home, but the owner must register the guests before arrival. Regarding short-term stays, the owner is only allowed a single group of guests per month per the Prospectus and Rules and Regulations.
Lot rents range from $547 to $587 per month depending on the size and location of the homesite.

Go to the website and do a search for homes only not picking anything else in the search box. Doing this is the best way to see sold, pending, and for sale. Please select like if it helps thanks. Last thing look at the property and don't judge the place by the sales people, when we first came here we thought they were rude.
