Just past the entrance on the right is a well marked parking garage

I'd use Channelside Parking then take the Silver Line from South Station

There are some great suggestions, if you park at the Seaport hotel expect to pay $34 for an event.

I always take public transit much easier. Parking is expensive. You can take a public transportation boat to that is fun.
