They are good and kind! I made an appointment in advance, and the testing was very quick and clean, and I got the result of antigen test just after I took a cup of iced americano at Cafe Nero nearby. (30-40 mins) They have no waiting seats, though. I am very satisfied.

Really upset with policy and customer support. I made a covid test appt, last appt of the day before closing…I called several times right when i purchased bc I realized I wasn’t going to make it with traffic, had a family concern and canceled all flights. I called several times before closing and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I emailed support and they got back to me the next day saying there is nothing they can do. I would have been happy to pay the $10 cancel fee…but the 24hour thing is ridiculous, $85 rapid test give me a break… pinching any money you can for a test. I’d think any healthcare would be empathetic. :(

All the time stamps included in this review are based on my email inbox. I walked in without an appointment on a Friday. Registered on my phone at 9.28 am. Took me less than a minute. Got a rapid PCR test which cost me $125 at about 9.36 am. Got my test results at 10.13 am. Literally about 40 min from test to results. Amazing. I may have been lucky to go at a time where not many people were around but this experience was so smooth.

AllClear Healthcare offers ultra high accuracy microfluidics antigen tests (MA-g) 12-min runtime and PCR. The tests prode considerably higher accuracy than traditional rapid lateral-flow antigen tesr which offer 35% (asymptomatic) to 50% to 70% at best accuracy. These are FDA EUA approved and lab certified tests (CLIA and HIPAA certified). Also offered is a 30-min run-time RT-PCR test (FDA-EUA approved).
