We are extremely disgusted with the lack of care, knowledge, and communication at the clinic. After Mass General gave my brother Vanco and killed his first kidney, they can't figure out why his creatinine levels are so high. Dr. Reuben is nothing but disappointing. We have been begging my brother to go to BWH for a second opinion. The clinic can't even schedule an ultrasound correctly. I absolutely do not trust them at all to take care of my brother

Very poor communication. They do a terrible job of communicating the criteria they use to determine who should receive a kidney transplant. They do not tolerate any patient questioning of explanations for tests, exams or procedures. Whatever the criteria they use, it's entirely subjective and not quantifiable nor explained in any depth. Laura Cornacchini, the transplant coordinator, is especially poor at this.
