Hope I can help...I think what u need to do go there at 8am make the line and they can help...it may be a long wait.
Go online
You have to go early and stand in line to go in n they will see you then call you later in the day
Go on line and make a appt.
Have to make appointment online for in person visit. Search Massdot/RMV for hearing instructions. Take your time if you don't want to keep going back, they have too many procedures and rules.
I think everything can be requested online. I would check rmv.org.
