In attempting to renew a driver's license on-ine, I cannot get past the Proof of Lawful Presence page with a Mass. Birth Certificate and I do not have any of the other items. How to proceed?

You need to have an appointment, if you can't do it online.

If you cannot proceed after you check on the bottom left. You may have to go to RMV with an appt request.
