You have to go online and book an appointment. Once you have an appointment you go to the rmv and then you would have to talk to the person at the front door. Cause the person at the front door would know where to go for that. It not then try the lady at the front window when you go into the line.
You need to go to their website & book an appointment online and then visit them. Without an appointment they let you in
