You will need 3 forms of Identification. They will ask you for your Birth certificateA bank statementA picture ID if you have oneA bill from a credit card or cell phone bill that has your name and address on any Bill in your name it must have the address. They will also ask for your Social Security card. If you dont bring all thoses things with you, you will have to leave and come back. They will not serve you they don't care if you have already went there showed your paperwork but did not have everything that they want. I remember going back 3 times.
