There is a wonderful girl/woman who has a quirky personality, but is very good at her "front of the house" and serving job. We all love her and joke with her all the time. If you never experienced her humor and the difficulty of translation, you might feel she was being rude, but I am sure that was not her intention! If you enjoyed the food, please give them another chance!
Maybe she is having a bad day. They normally are very nice. Also I go in the afternoons, so maybe is the time of the day
Never had a problem with anyone there. Very nice and welcoming people there. Great food.
I think you may be the exception... The two people i have encountered there (a young woman and man) were extremely polite and friendly.
Never had lady behind counter only young guy who was really quick. Sorry I go there never a problem
