Nice looking apartments at the end of East Mountain Rd. Quick and easy access to Route 20 to get to Walmart and other stores.

Hello, thank you for your interest in our community! You are more than welcome to apply to live at our community. However, we can never guarantee noise issues as a rental apartment community - noise tolerance is subjective. What one resident can handle, another may not be able to. As is required in our lease agreement, we do hold residents to the quiet use and enjoyment clause so if noise is one that is objectively not that of standard apartment living, it can be escalated to us and we can manage via lease violations.
