I was there tonight and got the Artichoke appetizer. Is the artichoke always served whole with the choke not being removed from the heart during prep?

That's the way it came when we ordered it, it was my first time there. It's the way we do it at home. Most impressive part was the lake of butter sauce it sat in. Steamed perfectly 👌
