What a great experience. Erin was fantastic in helping me pick out tile for my remodel and provided excellent service when I had to make a few changes and order more tile. She really went out of her way to make sure my tile was delivered on time and ready for my job. I would recommend The Tile Shop to everyone. She made the entire experience so easy and provided great customer service.

The sales staff are extremely helpful but, aside from that, there's not a lot of good qualities. They do not stock materials, so almost everything has to be ordered (as an added perk, you get to pay shipping fees for that). Getting my orders filled took weeks longer than they claimed when I paid. When things finally arrived, some of the tile was the wrong color and had to be ordered (and waited on) again. Their material quanity estimation is criminally extravagant too. DO NOT let them use their software to get you quantities of material. Know your area and do your own calculations. In my case, I trusted them and they overestimated by ~25% (even after I had some rework done). Worse, they have a tight and inflexible return policy (so you get to keep all that excess material they sold you). For their prices, The Tile Shop needs to do better. Do yourself a favor and just go to the place next door to them to get what you need.
