What would it cost to replace the ignition key cylinder in a 2009 Buick LaCross with me providing new cylinder (without key fitted) and existing programed key (to fit cylinder to)?

May I ask why you want to replace the key cylinder? If the key is having issues turning, it may be because your key is worn out or miscut. Alternatively your key cylinder may contain worn out wafers interacting with the key. Either way we can repair the key cylinder and/or re-cut a key. If you still would like the ignition key cylinder replaced with one you provide, give us a call any time and we'll ask a few more questions to give you exact pricing based on when you need us and whether you'd be bringing the vehicle to us or would require mobile services. Either way, give us a call over at Orem Lock if you have any further questions and we'll do our best to provide you with answers.

You should definitely have this diagnosed before simply jumping to the conclusion that you need to change out that particular part. Sounds like you might have other problems.
