You can bring the dog to get visually checked by the vet, but this place is not equipped with other diagnostic tools to accurately find out what's wrong woth your dog. The vet may look at the dog and do a physical check up, and ask you to take it to a different facility to do additional tests.

Yes what kind of odor? Breath equals bad teeth. Fur equals mange perhaps. Butt could be intestinal anything. Urine is an infection like UTI. Or from the puppy litter she did not expel everything from her womb. The vet will look at the dog and do a diagnosis or refer you to someone else affordable, but do get the dog in really soon please.
