Yes, cat should be seen. They may give ur cat a shot or prescribe it Medication. My dog went thru the same thing and turned out to have digestion issues. Always see a vet.

Hello Throwing up (as long as its not just hair balls ) is not good. The mange needs treatment and will not go away on its own. Your cat should be seen as soon as possible. Good luck
