You pay at that location and take them elsewhere to get neutered/spayed. But before you do I have found many places that do it for cheaper then them and include various shots. The MSPCA website will help you find them for as little as $75. Make sure you do your research and you'll be able to save some money!
If it is a male cat needs to be neuteredand you happen to live in Dorchester Roxbury mattapan or Hyde Park you can have it done at the MSPCA for 10 dollars this is only for males and only for cats
