The tables have quick turn over times and this is the fastest pizza in the West not a place to come and hang out and shoot the s*** with friends all day it's simply a place to Chow Down and go. Lots of good healthy choices too a very simple restaurant.

If you ever ran a restaurant or owned one you'd know that when restaurant isn't busy they pay outrageous rent per square foot. So the times when there busy has to pay for that space when not busy. Trust me. A restaurant can have a waiting list out the door and make no money. I've seen it, lived it, and hate it. I agree it seems logical to make it bigger they will come. Not so in the restaurant business. Its a great concept and not really that healthy its pizza. But great choices of ingredients and seems to be high quality ingredients. Worth the couple minute wait. Prices are very reasonable, in fact, could raise the prices and I would still eat there. If your SOP (Store Operating Profit) isn't hitting plan or budget, than by all means do what you have to do to hit it to stay afloat.
