I’m sorry you did not get approved by the community that you tried to purchase a house in. We have no control of the park approval process, as we don’t own the communities, we just broker homes in them. There are time elements, on every contract. You did not pass the credit and background criteria they use and we were informed by you and the park manager. Another person bought the home after we waited for your appeal. Your beef is with The community, not us. We would have sold you the home if you qualified. In regards to your deposit, we must deposit the money in our escrow as per company policy. In saying that, your check was mailed to you immediately with no hold. If it hasn’t gotten to you, please provide a current address or stop bye and pick it up. We can cancel the other check with a click of a button. We feel this bad review is because of your experience of not getting approved. Monika it was mailed as Ed has told you last Friday. We are checking to see if the check was cash you must allow a week for the mail to be delivered. We dont keep anyone money if not park approved.
