Pizza was not made Chicago style and neither was the Italian beef. Italian beef was on a hoagie roll Hoagie roll is not a French roll and the Pizza dough was a matzoh Flatbread. I am from Chicago and know how our pizzas and Italian beef is made, since I use to own a place in Chicago.

We always have great food and the staff are always in a good mood. On Mondays we've been going to DJ Bingo which is a lot of fun. Didn't know if we would like it but everyone we've brought wants to go back.

So is this a question or a statement?? It is pretty vague! What did you order? What exactly was wrong with the food that made it horrible?? Are you from Chicago? The reason I ask these questions, because this contradicts hundreds of Google and Facebook reviews on this restaurant. If there was an issue, I think it would be helpful for readers to better understand what it was. Did you talk with management? Their response? Did you know the owner is from Chicago and all the product they use comes from Chicago too? The exact same food used by every beef and hot dog joint in Chicago.
I was born in the Chicago area. Baptised and grew up in Chicago till I was 5. Then we did move to the burbs. My dad grew up on Taylor Street. Went to Harrison High School and worked for WLS TV his whole life. My limo company was in Chicago by Midway airport for 10 years till I sold to Carey International in 2001. For the record, Brookfield is a paid union fire department. Which brings up my next question. What is the difference between a paid firefighter 2 firefighter and a volunteer with the same firefighter 2 degree? Really, what is the whole point of your answer? We do have a condo on Michigan Ave across from Grant Park by Columbia College.

Our buns come directly from Turano Bakery in Berwyn Illinois. We have both sweet and Giardiniera peppers. Our tamales are the original Supreme Tom Tom tamales from Chicago as are our beef and Vienna dogs. We make our own aujus.
