Sometimes yes and sometimes no. If you call them I would suggest asking specifically for the size of the flip flop and color specification you are looking for because at times sizes are limited.
It is a factory outlet so they have abundance of what is not selling in the regular stores however they do historically have a wide selection and there is a good chance that will have flip flops. If you are traveling a long distance to get there I would call ahead I know there is another outlet in Kittery Maine
