Reserved my vehicle (8 passenger SUV) more than a month before my trip. On the day of my reservation, which was scheduled for 12, I was running a bit late, so I called them at 1130am. It was at that time an employee told me they weren't going to have my vehicle AT ALL. With a scheduled family trip just hours away, I demanded they find me the largest vehicle possible to fit my family of 8. The employee found a 7 passenger standard SUV at a different store. With no other option, I took the 7 passenger SUV, IN HOPES , I could changes it somewhere at some point during my trip. I only needed the 8 passenger capacity on the return from Florida to Boston. I made numerous calls and emails to enterprise, was told an "area manager" would be the only person who would know which location had a vehicle the size I needed. After more than a week....NO ONE CALLED ME. NO ONE EMAILED ME. NO ONE CARED. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Some issues with price. I booked through insurance, and Enterprise initially tried to charge me extra. Sorted it out. Also, car had a weird odor on pickup

Yes you can they just put a 100 hold on your card till you return the rental
Im not certain if this location does but i heard of some doing it try speaking with one of their reps they are very helpful
