Never use an aircan to clean anything like a computer or ps4! All you are doing is blasting the debris and dust at high speeds into every little crack and cranny and even worse and cause more overheating or issues from that. Just like with the game cartridges you never blow in them.

I doubt it. I would clean the exterior as much as possible. For the inside, without taking it apart I would use one of the computer air cans, just spray some of the vents. I wouldn't spray wear the cd goes though.
I do not believe that is a service they offer. Cleaning it yourself is very easy, unplug the system, use a Q tip to get dust out of vents and edges, a small paperclip or safety pin is great for getting dust out of USB ports, and the left top part of the PS4 slides away and comes off to reveal some of the inside near the HDD, which can sometimes need a good cleaning. I suggest watching a youtube video on how to do it properly.
