I want to share what a wonderful experience I had leasing an apartment with Annmarie Churchill. She was outstanding in every way. A consummate professional, Annmarie brings a friendly, personal touch with everyone she deals with. I was in the midst of selling a home and needed to rent an apartment quickly. I had a lot on my plate and if it wasn’t for Annmarie showing me my options and keeping in touch with me every step of the way, I would not have been able to pull it together in time. Love, love, love it here! I just moved in last month and I am so pleased with my unit and with the way things are run. During the leasing process, Annmarie, my agent, was so nice and patient and attentive, and she ended up coming through for me with an amazing unit which is perfect for my needs. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and it truly is a quiet, peaceful, friendly place with something for everyone. I feel lucky to be here!

Snoring from upstairs neighbor is awful. I’ve reached out to the office but they cannot help. I was given 2 weeks to move out to avoid the early termination fee. Need more than 2 weeks to organize a move so have not been able to leave. I made arrangements to live here while living in Florida. Do yourself a favor and visit the apartment to get a better understanding of noise level. Not sure what else to do but start banging on the ceiling. Ceiling fan on and a pillow over my ears and can still hear it. 11 more months to go…this sticks. For almost 2400 a month in rent not worth it.

We love living here. There’s so much to do within the redbrook community. We haven’t had any issues with loud or disruptive neighbors and the couple of minor issues were fixed by maintenance promptly. The kids love running around the courtyard, playing at the playground and splashing in the pool.

We do require a 60-day written notice if you are looking to vacate prior to your lease-end. Our termination policy includes a payback of any concessions given as well as a lease termination fee.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month, every month. You can pay by personal check, bank check, or money order in person by dropping it off at the on-site Leasing Center. We also offer recurring online payments that you can set up on the online portal by bank account or credit card as well as one-time payments online so you can have the freedom to pay however you would like month to month.
We certainly are! 2 pets per apartment home are allowed. 2 dog households may not exceed 100 lbs collectively. There are breed restrictions and we have the right to refuse any pet that has a history of aggression. Restricted breeds include: Akita Alaskan Malamute Bull Mastiff Chow Doberman Pinscher German Shepherd Great Dane Belgian Shepherd Malinois/Malamute Caucasian Shepherd Husky Pit Bull Terrier Rhodesian Ridgeback Rottweiler St. Bernard Staffordshire Bull Terrier (American Staffordshire Terrier) Wolf Hybrid There is a pet addendum included in our lease agreement that must be understood and signed. Pet rent is $50/month per pet.
Utilities are separate at Redbrook and are based on usage. You will be responsible for heat, electricity, water/sewer. Everything in our apartment homes is brand new and energy-efficient so you can expect fair cost.
Each apartment at Redbrook comes with One Exterior Surface Parking Space Included! Contact us for more covered parking costs. All of the amenities and services are included in your rent. Pet rent is $50/month for a dog or cat.
There is a determination that is made if your score is just between decline and approval standards. This is called approved with conditions. If this is the case, you will be asked for a full month's security deposit instead of the standard $1000. If your score is below this mark, it is a declined application.
After approval, we ask for the move in costs within 72 hours in certified funds. Certified funds are bank checks and money orders. This cost will include your prorated first month's rent (you can move in any day of the month!), a $50 key and lock fee, prorated extra fees (parking and/or pet), and the $1000 security deposit (with approved credit). Your $350 first month's rent deposit given at the time of application will be deducted from this total.
