What do I need to have to change to a ny drivers license(the new federal ID) since I just moved here? What do I need to bring with me and does my motorcycle endorsement still get transferred over?

I live with someone though at thier apartment. Im not on the lease

Birth certificate, lease or rental or mortgage papers showing residency, utility bill helps too. Current license. Passport helps. Not sure if motorcycle transfers but more than likely yes. And you'll have to make an appointment and get a new photo taken.
