Yes they do have kayaking. I find it a little too peopley for my taste. Very touristy but pretty. If you own your own kayak there are far better places.

Rainbow springs has canoe and kayaks but its hourly. You can only go out then have to head back to park. Other company's take you up to kp hole and you can do either up then down river or just down river.
Great place for kayaking and swimming along the river and yes make sure to get there early or the place will be packed and go when it's warm otherwise the water is freezing
Yes there's multiple places to rent either along the river. either or further away, but be sure to get there early it's one of the busiest rivers around here. Also plenty of places to put your own in the water.
