I don't know but they had several up there and also canoes. I paddled the whole river...it's beautiful. You won't be sorry. We rented kayaks from a group towards the lower end of the river. You parked your car there and they run you up in a bus they have pulling your kayaks on a trailer behind. They help you get in shove you off and help get you out. Kayak is always pulled out of the water while getting into or out of it. They had clean changing rooms for when you get done. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of their company but I'm sure a google search will bring them up.
I don't think there is a need. They have enough kayaks at park. Park opens at 8 am
I have seen a place to reserve them online. But they were plenty at the Kayak launch
