I am currently in the Roses on Busch Blvd and they have about 10 people in line and only 2 cash registers open. This is ridiculous. Where is the Customer Service. Roses you need to do better.

Sad we complain about the lack of cashier's at a store,but not a problem to stand in a longline at the amusement park or concert.

Well sweetie I'm an employee at Rose's and the reason for only having 2 register open because everyone is scheduled at a different times

But they should ALWAYS have backup cashiers available at all times...if for no other reason then to keep customers happy to even WANT to come back. Isnt it all about the CUSTOMERS???

The reason for having only 2 cashiers scheduled is because they are a corporation and they don't care about customer satisfaction. They only care about making money. Welcome to the World.

People need to understand stores only survive of they make a profit. Every person working there is minimum $9 an hour. Add that to taxes, lot rent, electric, water, etc. It's quite a lot of money per hour to keep a store open. And remember, a $180 tv is not $180 profit.
