Well organized, but whoever said they had German items, I found that to be not true. You might find 2 German things in here. Look elsewhere if you're looking for great German items.

Deli meats section is limited and I don't believe Iberan ham is available. The owner is very helpful, has another location in Clearwater and can help you with special order if you ask or call.
Don't know about Latvian, but they do carry a few different Lithuanian rye breads.
They have some wines from Moldova.
