Yes they do but the work that they did on my car was a horrible job

I have 2 rims on a Hyundai Veloster that I accidentally hit the curb downtown, and scratched my rims pretty badly. Nothing is bent, and no air leakage, just mostly cosmetic. Please advise rough estimate?
