If I could give negative stars I certainly would. This ”business” towed my vehicle from my residence and DAMAGED my vehicle in the process. They claimed they didn’t cause the damage then proceeded to show me bogus photos they claimed to have taken before the tow. TOTAL BULL CRAP… This “business” is predatory & unethical in my opinion and they don’t deserve your business; so don’t give it to them!!

My car was towed due to our HOA which I understand is Split Second Towing’s Job; However, They Broke Into my Car, Stole my Over $400+. I called the police and of course they denied it so unfortunately there’s nothing I could do. I wouldn’t use them if my life depended on it. Even worse, my car was towed late at Night. I didn’t obviously know until 7am the next morning, called them repeatedly and never got in touch until 9am. They charge a storage fee for over 6 hours. The biggest scam of a company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Towed my vehicle from a visitors spot then sent pictures to our complex manager that were doctored blanking out the visitor sign. Got the vehicle released only to discover they'd broken the plastic engine on bottom of vehicle and tire was pinctured

Chodes. Towed my car for being parked in a visitor parking for a short period of time. $190... Eff off!
