It's measured in inches mainly. 7-8 years old
There is a monitor, kids race against kids and adults against adults
They have a junior track and an adult track. They base it off height not age because my 7 year old wasn't quite tall enough to drive.
My son is 8 and he did great. The kids run in a different group than adults and teen's.
