Technically there is mostly street parking so if you have a wheelchair you'll need to hop the curve or go to the corner where the sidewalks meet for a ramp. There is parking near the baseball diamond but was a dirt/sand lot (at least since the last time I parked on that side). Yes, there is a handicap swing. The sidewalks are nice and well kept.
