I came to this location to have my front tires replaced with new ones. Everything went well, I checked in, was provided with a ticket number and was told it will be a while so I decided to walk around Walmart. After 1 hr I receive a text message that the service started on my car. After another 1 1/2 I receive a second text message notifying me that my car was ready for pick up. I head over to the counter just to be told that my car was picked up by another gentleman who already left. Now I'm panicking (as I should) asking where is my car and if they can double check the information. They do - it's not my car, but I am assured my car is in service. I walk out to get a breath of fresh air and I see my beautiful reliable car sitting lonely in the parking lot with same tires on. I walk inside and ask the lady to please double check the information provided. She is looking in the computer to then let me know that one of the mechanics declined the service and my car, so at this point my car is not even on the list of cars to be serviced today. So, we start the process all over again- what model car, what color, what service do you need... and " it will be a long wait" again. No one apologized, no one recognized that there was a mistake, no one took ownership of the mishap. I didn't say anything and went to the waiting room. There is no point in being upset. I know I'll never come back here again.

Terrible. Everyone is in the autocenter waiting from 7 am and they do not open because the manager haven't arrive yet. Wow

Staff is great,kind,efficient service
