Yes there is. You just lock in your GPS to Orlando medical center. VA will reimburse your tolls. Exit 9.
There are several vet advocacy groups that will help transport. At a minimum, there is a shuttle from lake Baldwin VA to nona. If you can get to Baldwin, super easy.
Ask a friend to drop you off. The ride is about 25 minutes from Sanford.
