Use myheathevet first. Also depends what Dept you call. Sunday low staffing so calls slow. If need help go to emergency department, even if you don't think it's an emergency. They are well staffed, helpful and professional.

On Sunday it would normally be hard to reach the Orlando VA. I too, would prefer using the VA.gov website. Or the MyHealtgeve.gov, Send a message, receive an answer right back.

I tend to use myhealth.va.gov and my response time isn't bad at all considering I'm speaking to someone from my PCM's team.
