The ranch does have a house it was my great grandparents house. I have been to the house before when it opens I went to see the house but they wouldn't let people in. Is the ranch closed right now?

When the city was given this property, the city manager said that the goal was to have a police officer live in the home (thereby keeping a constant police presence at the park). I don't think this has happened yet. However, sometimes there are lights on in the house and the garbage cans are sometimes put out for pick up.

The park is open. Playground is open. No camping yet. No boat launch yet. I do not believe the house is open. Though I've always thought it was a private residence.
