The trash gets left outside in the hallways. Sometimes for days or until the next time Valet Trash comes through.
If you work from home, think twice before moving here! They have a pre-existing contract with Century Link, but even though ethernet lines are run into every apartment, the ethernet posrts were never installed. Century Link won't send out a technician to install them. So, if you want a direct-connect, the tenant has to find someone who knows how to install them and incur any costs accosiated with this. If you chose to go with WIFI, please note that the modem has been pre-installed in every unit, in the back of the master closet. Expect to be underwhelemd nwith the signal strength.
