The swimming pool itself is nice and the swimming instructors are great, the rest is not the same. The pool is barely opened 3 months per year with a very restrictive schedule (if you work you can forget about swimming), the person at the entrance is neither friendly nor helpful as a jail and the administrative person, Chriss, is worst: unfriendly, and not accommodating at all. My daughter's had her whole week of lessons cancelled on the first day and no solution offered even if the mistake was not ours...

I decided to enroll my kiddos in summer swim lessons and we are loving our experience! Super friendly pool management, swim instructors and lifeguards. The way everything is organized nicely run. Every day the pool, deck, seating and restrooms are always clean. We're very happy to have found Farnsworth Pool.

I agree with the other complaints about the pool hours. The hours aren’t reasonable for anyone to use. It closes at 5 and isn’t open on the weekend. We pay taxes for what? Working families can never use it.

It is ridiculous for the pool closing at 5 pm! I can’t find any public pool for my teens swimming after school in Winter Garden area !
