I think that children are supposed to be accompanied by an adult, but you definitely see people of all ages at the pool.
Not sure.. But, on Saturday mornings there is what appears to be an infant class, with young children in the pool.

When I called they told me someone 18yrs or older have to be with the child to enter
U have to be 14 with a dc one pass. Thought it was 13 yrs. My nephew finally turned 13, walked to the pool and they told him he had to be 14.
