I would not suggest wearing skirts or dresses. Just wear something comfortable and sneakers.
Good advice from all of the other people who answers we're comfortable flexible clothing. Definitely lace up shoes and if you happen to wear sports goggles over your glasses you might want to bring those too. But if not they have goggles for you as well and make sure to wear your earplugs they provide those. And get ready to have the most fun you can have the side of jumping out of an airplane.
Tie your hair up very tight or it will rat up.

Sneakers for sure and keep in mind you will be required to wear flying gear (which is a one piece jumpsuit) over your own clothing so wear something that will be comfortable.
They give you a flight suit, helmet, and goggles to wear. The flight suit fits over your clothing. Be sure to wear closed toe shoes (sneakers work best).
Shoes that lace up are best- I've seen someone lose a shoe before and the instructor has to go up and get it.
