The class group is small, only 10 participants. It is a very straight forward video, about 4 minutes in length. It is more than sufficient as you are always literally in good hands with the instructor 1:1 in the fly tunnel.
The class before the initial flight is good, informative and prepares you for flight! There is a short video then the instructor goes through basic safety rules, the right way to brace your body in the tunnel and basic hand signals! Its very exciting, and you can go on to train professionally with the instructors if you so desire!
The class has more information than the flight. Multiple classes will be necessary to learn even the basics, based off my experience. The instructors are willing to go the extra mile to help.
