I have spine issues and it was a moderate bother. Tell the instructor and they will be nicer with you.
Yes,absolutely. I have a lot of back and neck issues and it didn't jerk around in the tunnel. The only pay they bothered me ( slightly) is when the instructor holds on to you to do go up higher in the tunnel.
Tunnel flying is not skydiving. But it is skydiving simulation
