No Direct Phone BUT... ☆ It's well worth the trip. You're greeted at the door, old equipment is checked in and credited to your account then you sit in comfy couches (not long) until you get a service rep who gets you whatever newer equipment you need... And ZERO charge to Upgrade your equipment! Was a pleasurable experience.
I wish. Everything is run through their 800 number.
You have to call the 800 number and if they feel it is a good enough reason, they will connect you.
