Imagine your internet provider raising your monthly rate by 30% without notifying you. Oh wait, I don't need to imagine anything. Honestly, I have never had a worst experience with another company. Been screwed over by Comcast a few times now. Last time, they canceled my locked in low rate "by mistake" when I was just trying to switch my service to another address. They couldn't get me on my original plan as "the promotion was no longer going on." This company engages in predatory behavior and genuinely does not care about their customers. Going to switch to another internet provider and would recommend others to stay away from this company if possible.

Predatory pricing, terrible customer service, data caps on internet (in 2022)! Their cable internet is decent and usually reliable (as long as you're not in an overpopulated area with a single node) - but the company itself is awful. Glad I could finally fire them and get fiber internet.

xfinity -comcast continues to show its money lust overrides better service. Impersonal, robotic auto' system which fails to allow targeted help; or agent contact before hang-up, is lousy. Pray you never have a problem. Some agents are superb, while many need to gain a better command of English in order to be more helpful (understood in this mkt).

Jerome was the absolute best!! He worked with me to switch to Xfinity from my old service (straighttalk) provider and it’s took about 2 and a half hours due to difficulties from my old provider. He kept his composure and was so kind to me, helped me connect with my other provider to get the job done, skipped his break, and ensured that my phone was working properly before I left the store. I cannot recommend him or this store enough. Petition to give him a raise!!!

Not good having no direct contact number, when you're unable to come in.
Yes you can pay there. Once they restore service, your wifi should reconnect without doing anything special. It takes a few minutes to get through the reprogramming.
X1 box failed, can I come to store and exchange
I doubt it. I made an appt last week and went at my scheduled time and to find out they were never open at all.

Absolutely. They offer FREE UPGRADES to the X1 VOICE SYSTEM, highly recommended as well!
You can as long as it is compatible with the speed tear that you were getting. You can go to their website, and see all the modems that you can use, this would save you about $10 a month.
