I have one room with a carpet. Unfortunately it has several old pet (dog) stains. What would it cost to be cleaned?

If you are in Pasco County, we charge $35 per area/room cleaned. Each area is up to 300 sq. ft. and combination rooms (ie. LR/DR combo) count as 2 rooms. If there is organic stains such us urine, vomit, feces, etc... you may want to consider having a "Digestive Agent/Enzyme" type of deodorizer applied to the areas affected for an additional $20 per area/room. Keep in mind that we also have a $75 cleaning minimum. When cleaning carpet, we can only clean the "face fibers" and by design cannot penetrate into the backing of the carpet or the padding beneath. When a pet has a accident it is common for the liquid to soak into the backing, padding and even sub floor. This is the reason there is a need for the Enzyme to be applied. It is "injected" deep into the backing and padding. Each affected area is "flooded" with the product prior to cleaning. After the cleaning is completed the Enzyme remains behind in the padding and will continue to do it's job, which can take up to 72 hours.
