It Always Matters
Had 3 rugs cleaned today. Louis was very personable. Years ago I rented a rug cleaner from a supermarket bought the soap & did it myself. I knew the rug was clean when the water in the tank was clear. Today it is all different. Louis come in, sprayed something on the rug, (assumed soap) hooked up to the water supply which I was told goes to their truck and comes out very hot. Then with 600 psi on rug from vacuum & the rug comes out clean. The tech goes over the rug once & its done. They don't sell a product like a scotch waterproofing guard, get that myself in a can and spray it on my rugs. So, I didn't get anything extra. The tech cleanup was good. I dont know how clean the rug is because you dont see the extraction of the rug water. I only guess it is. I had zero stains on my rugs so I have no i idea. Two out of 3 rugs dried within 6 hrs. The other a thicker one, I am giving overnight. All in all, it was an experience.

They advertise they can restore hard wood floors but I would suggest you receive that assurance from the company direct.

If you are in Pasco County, we charge $35 per area/room cleaned. Each area is up to 300 sq. ft. and combination rooms (ie. LR/DR combo) count as 2 rooms. If there is organic stains such us urine, vomit, feces, etc... you may want to consider having a "Digestive Agent/Enzyme" type of deodorizer applied to the areas affected for an additional $20 per area/room. Keep in mind that we also have a $75 cleaning minimum. When cleaning carpet, we can only clean the "face fibers" and by design cannot penetrate into the backing of the carpet or the padding beneath. When a pet has a accident it is common for the liquid to soak into the backing, padding and even sub floor. This is the reason there is a need for the Enzyme to be applied. It is "injected" deep into the backing and padding. Each affected area is "flooded" with the product prior to cleaning. After the cleaning is completed the Enzyme remains behind in the padding and will continue to do it's job, which can take up to 72 hours.
The rug construction will depict the recommended cleaning process. If your rug is of the woven variety we recommend having it cleaned in in our Fine Oriental Rug Cleaning Plant (Please search "Stanley Steemer Oriental and Fine Area Rug Cleaning" on YouTube for more information). If your area rug is not woven, it is usually "tufted", meaning that there is Latex glue holding the backing and Fibers together. Depending on the rugs condition this Latex glue can breakdown during the much more thorough cleaning process shown in the video. These rugs can be cleaned in your home more safely but unfortunately not as thoroughly. Regards, CJ White
In terms of pricing, yes. Regards, CJ White
