The homes are for sale water and sewer is supposed to be included But they raise the rent to cover that cost so the water really isn’t free or the garbage or the sewer they been supposed to clean behind my trailer I paid for a lake view I’ve been there almost a year and I still haven’t seen the lake nobody’s come to clean behind my lot
